Job Description
We are expanding our team at Integer with an AI Engineer Lead to join a project on a hybrid basis Lisbon.
If you have experience in SDLC, AI conceptualization, Agentic AI, and change management, this could be the right opportunity for your next challenge.
We’re looking for someone with:
- A bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in change management and organizational/digital transformation in an IT context
- A technical background in software development
- Solid knowledge of SDLC and a conceptual understanding of AI as applied to software development and AI agents
- Experience designing innovation initiatives, adoption strategies, training programs, and communication plans
- Fluency in Portuguese and English
