Job Description
We are looking for a AMS Support Engineer for a project on hybrid basis in Porto.
Requirements:
- Experience in similar IT support positions, ideally in the financial sector
- Experience in ITIL processes and ITSM tools
- Knowledge on Azure Application Insights
- Experience with SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation
- Knowledge of Atlassian Collaboration Tools (Jira/Confluence)
- Fluency in English
