Helpdesk
Job Description
We are looking for a Helpdesk for a project on hybrid basis in Porto.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Biomedical Sciences, or similar
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support for hardware and management systems/monitoring of support tickets (ITSM platforms)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with Active Directory Users and Computers
- Certifications in networking, such as Cisco
- Hands-on in cloud platforms, such as Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills, organization, adaptability and critical thinking skills
- Hybrid in Porto
