Job Description
We are looking for an Incident Manager to integrate a project in the retail sector, with the following responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning and coordinating all necessary activities
- Execution, monitoring and communication of all incident processes
- Fix the drift of a process for your particular division/department
- Responsible for communicating with the incident process owner
- Point of contact for all serious incidents
Requirements:
- Professional experience with ITIL
- Ability to solve complex problems
