Job Description
We are looking for an ITSM Specialist for a project on a remote basis in Portugal.
Requirements:
- Degree in IT
- + 5 years of experience with administration, configuration, and implementation of Service Now
- Experience with ITIL processes and ITSM frameworks
- Experience with Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request Management modules
- Experience with ITOM, ITBM, SMT
- Good knowledge of English
