Java Developer

We are looking for a Java Developer for a project on a remote basis in Portugal.

Requirements:

• +5 years of development experience with Java, demonstrating proficiency in robust and scalable applications.
• Solid experience with relational databases, including design, advanced queries and optimization
• Competence in core technologies and frameworks such as JEE, JPA, Hibernate, Spring Framework, and build tools such as Maven, Gradle and Ant
• Advanced knowledge of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS, and jQuery, for creating modern, responsive interfaces
• Experience with versioning systems (Git) and project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, ensuring automation and quality in the development cycle
• Familiarity with Cloud Native principles and technologies, including the creation of distributed and scalable applications
• Proven experience in containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
• Competence in Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban, with a focus on continuous delivery and collaborative work
• Fluent English
