Job Description
We are looking for a Scrum Master for a project on a hybrid basis in Porto.
Requirements:
- Higher education or attendance in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or similar areas
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an equivalent role
- Proven experience in implementing Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of the LESS framework
- Proficiency in using the Atlassian stack (Jira and Confluence)
- Solid understanding of agile principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
