Job Description
We are looking for a Scrum Master for a project on a hybrid basis in Lisbon.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Agile Delivery Lead
- Scrum Master certified
- Good understanding of Agile principles & Agile frameworks (Scrum, XP, Kanban)
- Agile Estimating & Planning
- Scrum ceremonies and artifacts
- Metrics: Velocity vs Productivity
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Good communication skills in English
