Senior QA Automation

We are looking for a Senior QA Automation for a project on hybrid basis in Lisbon.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certifications (Preferred): ISTQB® Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL); Certified Tester Advanced Level Test Automation Engineering (CTAL-TAE).
• 5+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in leadership or coordination roles.
• Proven track record in leading testing teams, mentoring testers, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Hands-on experience with web, mobile, desktop, and API testing across various industries (financial sector experience is a plus).
• Expertise in the entire testing lifecycle, from requirements analysis to execution, defect reporting, and post-release validation
• Strong proficiency in both Agile and traditional methodologies (V-Model, Waterfall, etc.).
• Experience defining test strategies, test plans, and automation frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage.
• In-depth experience with API testing tools like Postman, SoapUI, Swagger and protocols such as HTTP/HTTPS, WebSocket.
• Expertise in integrating performance and automation tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, and automation tools like UFT ONE.
• Ability to identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies, ensuring minimal disruption to development cycles.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
