Job Description
We are looking for Senior UX Manager to join our team.
Profile:
- 6+ years of experience in UX/UI Design, especially on the web
- Experience managing a design team and/or UX Design projects
- Experience in projects following an agile methodology understands the purpose of ceremonies and what the role of design
- Ability to understand, evaluate and improve through UX feedback streams, wireframes and interactive prototypes
- Comfortable in evaluating concepts and final UI screens
- Able to think in terms of Design Systems
- Very comfortable in presenting and defending proposals with team members and working with different project teams as well as the client
- Fluent in written and spoken English
