Service Desk Operator
Job Description
We are looking for a Service Desk Operator for an onsite project in Strasbourg.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in a Service Desk or similar support role
- Proficiency with ticketing tools and incident management systems
- Strong user-centric approach with a focus on delivering high-quality support
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- ITIL V4 Foundation Certification (preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of clearly and empathetically conveying information to users
- Ability to follow and apply documented procedures and protocols effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills, with an aptitude for quick and accurate issue assessment and escalation when needed
- Ability to manage the full incident life cycle, from recording to resolution and closure
- Proficiency in English and French – Knowledge of additional EU official languages is a strong advantage
