Job Description
We are expanding our team with a ServiceNow Developer / Functional Consultant to join a remote project in Portugal.
If you have ServiceNow CSA certification and experience with Service Catalog, CSDM, and testing, this could be the right opportunity for your next challenge.
We are looking for someone with:
• A bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer and/or Functional Consultant
• ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification required
• Knowledge of CSDM (Common Service Data Model)
• Experience with Service Request Management, Service Catalog, and/or Service Offering Management
• Experience supporting testing activities (executing test cases and tracking defects)
• Ability to produce clear documentation, user stories, and test cases
• Experience in troubleshooting and incident management
