Job Description
We are looking for a Support Engineer for a project on hybrid basis in Lisbon.
Requirements:
- Graduated in Information Systems or related field
- Experience in ensure and coordinate the evolution activities and corrective maintenance of the application and its portfolio
- Experience in provide level 2 support and consult in compliance with the service contract and all its components
- Capacity to guarantee the maintenance of the functional and technical knowledge necessary for the sustainability of the application
- Experience in ITIL processes and ITSM tools
- Knowledge on Azure Application Insights
- Experience with SQL
- Knowledge of Atlassian Collaboration Tools (Jira/Confluence)
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
- Fluent level of English.
