Job Description
We are looking for a Scrum Master for a project in Lisbon.
This could be the perfect challenge if you have:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Scrum Master
- Help the team stay focused and productive
- Experience with a technical background in software
- Help the team to maintain their tools (Jira, Teams Groups…)
- Enable close cooperation between all functions and roles
- Ensure that the team includes continuous improvement practices in its processes
- Facilitate the ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Functional and Technical Groomings, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Dailys…)
- Fluent in English
