Job Description
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition to join our team, on hybrid basis, in Lisbon or Porto.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of proven experience in sourcing within the IT market (outsourcing)
- Ability to autonomously perform active sourcing
- Proficiency in English (mandatory)
- Ability to communicate effectively and concisely with candidates at every stage of the recruitment process
- Establish and maintain a strong network of potential candidates within the IT industry
Main Roles:
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies (outsourcing)
- Source, identify, and attract IT talent through various channels
- Conduct interviews
- Discover and engage candidates through diverse channels, as well as employ alternative search techniques
