Job Description
We are looking for a Test Automation Engineer Lead for a project on a remote basis in Portugal.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Test Automation Engineer or in a QA Manager role
- Experience in designing and implementing test automation, developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Selenium
- Experience with test management tools such as JIRA and/or TestRail, as well as defect tracking systems
- Familiarity with Maven for managing builds and dependencies
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall and DevOps practices
- Familiarity with Jenkins for integration into CI/CD pipelines
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team of junior QA professionals
- Proficiency in English
