Job Description
We are looking for an Application Support Services Manager for a project on a hybrid basis in Lisbon.
Requirements:
- +10 years’ professional experience in the IT market
- Experience in managing application support services (essential)
- Experience in Application Support for distributed applications: .Net, Outsystems, BI, SQl Server, Drupal, Sharepoint
- Capacity for dialog and proactivity in effectively restoring the service
- Ability to dialog with users and/or business application interlocutors during the process of diagnosing and restoring the service
- Ability to promote and ensure the correct documentation of recommended actions and the institutionalization of the knowledge acquired by the team.
