Job Description

We are looking for a Helpdesk (Level 1) for an on-site project in Lisbon.

Requirements:

  • Experience in level 1 support – remote and face-to-face assistance to users of Windows OS, application, POS hardware, respective peripherals and other integrated solutions.
  • Experience in screening and resolving problems and incidents
  • Fluency in Spanish (essential)
  • Availability to work in Lisbon (essential)
