Job Description
We are looking for a Helpdesk for an IEFP Professional Internship on-site in Lisbon.
Requirements:
- Professional course or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar area Eligible for IEFP professional internship
- Experience or good knowledge of:
- 1st level support for applications and systems
- Preparing and configuring computer equipment
- User management in Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra
- Diagnosis and resolution of PC and system problems (troubleshooting)
- Windows and Office 365 operating systems
- Basic knowledge of networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and hardware
- Knowledge of ticketing tools (e.g. GLPI, Jira)
- Good communication skills, organization and team spirit
- Good knowledge of Portuguese and English
