Job Description
We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist for a project on a hybrid basis in Lisbon.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or similar
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in defining and implementing HR policies, processes, and internal procedures
- Proficiency in working with digital tools (Excel, Outlook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Proactivity, team spirit, and willingness to learn
