Job Description

We are looking for a User Support/Helpdesk for a project on a hybrid basis in Lisbon.

Requirements:

  • Degree and/or Master’s in Computer Engineering or similar
  • Proven experience in 2nd line user support
  • Experience with tools such as Jira and Active Directory
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in installing and configuring software and printers
  • Knowledge of networks, such as TCP/IP and DNS
  • Knowledge of configuring and maintaining Windows Autopilot
  • Experience in managing user access and permissions, with a focus on compliance and security
  • Proficiency in English
