We are looking for an AWS Data Engineer for a project on a hybrid basis in Lisbon.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar field
• More than 5 years of experience as a Data Engineer
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for pipeline development and optimization
• Experience in creating ETL/ELT processes and working with large volumes of data
• Good knowledge of data modeling (star schema, SCD, etc.)
• Practical experience with AWS services (S3, Glue, Athena, Redshift)
• Familiarity with distributed frameworks such as PySpark
• Experience with modern storage formats (Parquet, ORC) and NoSQL databases
• Good communication and collaborative work skills
• Fluent English (essential)
• Availability for hybrid work in Lisbon (twice a week in the office)
