Lead Generative AI Engineer

Job Description
We are looking for a Lead Generative AI Engineer for a project on a hybrid basis in Lisbon.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Machine Learning, Generative AI, or LLM projects
- Experience implementing GenAI solutions in a business environment, preferably in Azure
- Strong command of Python
- Practical experience with GPT models (Azure OpenAI) and other LLMs
- Knowledge of RAG and vector search architectures
- Experience with orchestration frameworks (LangChain or LangGraph)
- Experience in API development (FastAPI or similar)
- Experience with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, AI Search, Blob Storage, Data Factory, or Databricks)
- Knowledge of DevOps/MLOps (Docker, CI/CD, secret management)
- Ability to lead technical initiatives and work independently
- Minimum B2 English
