UX / Product Designer

We are looking for a UX/Product Designer for a project on a hybrid basis in Lisbon.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in UX Design or Product Design
• Solid experience in user research, usability testing, and user-centered design
• Ability to transform user needs into wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, or Sketch
• Experience working closely with product owners and development teams
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to explain design decisions
• High attention to detail in all stages of the process
• Experience in designing desktop applications or complex digital products
• Comfortable in Agile/Scrum environments
• Proactive, collaborative profile, able to work with multiple teams
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Availability for a hybrid work schedule, 3 days a week in the office
