Job Description

We are looking for a Service Desk (2nd line) for a project on a hybrid basis in Lisbon.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (essential)
  • +5 years of experience in technical support (2nd line) – complex incidents requiring advanced knowledge
  • In-depth technical knowledge of systems, networks, and cloud
  • Experience with ITSM tools (essential)
  • Fluent English (essential)
  • Availability to work rotating shifts (24×7).
