Job Description
We are looking for a UX Product Designer for a project on a hybrid basis in Lisbon.
Requirements:
- +3 years of experience as a UX Designer or Product Designer
- Experience in user research, creating journey maps, workflows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mock-ups
- Ability to translate user needs into intuitive and effective interfaces
- Experience in prototyping and validating solutions through usability testing
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams with product owners and developers
- Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Suite
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong communication, storytelling, and design concept presentation skills
- Analytical, creative, and user-oriented profile
- Fluent English
