We are looking for a Demand Manager for a project on a remote basis in Portugal.
Requirements:
- Strong skills in the Demand Management process and any supporting processes
- Strong understanding of the needs and challenges of the insurance industry
- Experience with a customer-focused and service-oriented approach
- Experience in process design
- Experience with ITIL disciplines
- Experience in multicultural and global environments
- Proficiency in English
