UX/Product Designer

We are looking for a UX/Product Designer for a project on a hybrid basis in Lisbon or Braga.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a UX Designer / Product Designer
• Experience in user research, including direct contact with users and customer sites
• Ability to create high-fidelity mock-ups, journey maps, workflow diagrams, and functional prototypes
• Strong user-centric approach and ability to translate user needs into intuitive and effective interfaces
• Experience collaborating with Product Owners, developers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong problem-solving, storytelling, and design concept presentation skills
• Excellent attention to detail, from research through to final specifications
• Experience with tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, or Sketch
• Previous experience in desktop software design is a plus
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Proficiency in English
