Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Processes Consultant for a project on a hybrid basis in Lisbon.
Requirements:
- +10 years of experience in similar roles and IT sector projects
- Strong experience in BPM and its implementation in a business context
- Proven track record in projects involving process analysis roles
- Solid knowledge of process analysis, diagnosis and modelling, KPI definition, and continuous improvement techniques
- Experience with process-oriented organizational architecture
- Ability to operate both strategically and operationally
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in English
