Helpdesk (1st Line)
Job Description
We are looking for a Helpdesk (1st Line) for a project on a hybrid basis in Lisbon.
Requirements:
- +5 years of experience in diagnosing and resolving 1st line incidents
- Experience in meeting SLAs
- Experience in supporting and maintaining products such as DCS, Trade Innovation, Finastra, SAS AML, etc.
- Experience in Digital Channel Management with eCommerce or digital banking
- Experience with Jira
