Job Description
We are looking for a Senior IT Support for a project on a hybrid basis in Lisbon.
Requirements:
- +5 years of experience in L1/L2 support and ServiceNow (required)
- Ability to review and analyze Level 3 tickets
- Experience with LMS (Learning Management Systems)
- Familiarity with CSOD (Cornerstone OnDemand) (preferred)
- Proficiency in English (required)
