Job Description
We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst for a project on a remote basis in Portugal.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst in a warranty context
- Experience with Salesforce Service/CRM
- Knowledge of case management, complaints, and warranty processes
- Knowledge of integrations, data migration, and reporting/KPIs
- Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps and Confluence
- Knowledge of SAP (preferred)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in English
- Availability for occasional travel to the client’s location (Porto)
