Senior IT Service Manager

Job Description
We are looking to expand our team with a Senior IT Service Manager to join an hybrid project based in Lisbon.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or a similar
- 5+ years’ experience in IT contract lifecycle management
- Knowledge of budget management and financial execution control, invoicing processes, purchase orders and the management of contractual penalties
- Ability to create and manage dashboards/reporting tools and to implement improvements and automation in contract management processes
- Knowledge of contract governance and change management in complex environments
