Job Description
We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer for a project on a hybrid basis in Lisbon.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, digital platforms, or large-scale technology environments
- Hands-on experience with AI, machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) and their use cases
- Experience with Agentic AI and the implementation of agent-based solutions
- Experience with MLOps, model monitoring, and observability
- Experience defining or implementing AI solutions/strategies in complex environments
- Experience with Agile practices
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days per week in the office in Lisbon
