Job Description
We are looking for a Product Owner – ServiceNow for a project on a remote basis in Portugal.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar field
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Consultant, Product Owner, or equivalent role in large-scale implementations
- Solid knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, or CSM modules
- Proficiency in requirements/demand management and product lifecycle
- Good knowledge of ITIL and Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in English (essential)
