Data Engineer

We are looking for a Data Engineer for a project on hybrid basis in Lisbon.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Solid experience with data engineering tools and frameworks, including Python, SQL, Oracle, Airflow, Dagster, Kafka, Faust, and Pentaho Data Integration
• Hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and automated data workflows
• Deep understanding of ETL/ELT processes, real-time data streaming, and batch data processing
• Familiarity with data quality, data governance, and performance optimization best practices
• Ability to work with large-scale, distributed systems and integrate data from multiple sources
• Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and cloud-based data solutions is an advantage
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) – essential
