Job Description

We are looking for a Helpdesk, with experience in the financial sector,  for a projet on hybrid basis, in Lisbon.

Requirements:

  • +5 years of experience in technical support roles, preferably in financial services
  • Experience managing digital platforms and online channels
  • Experience in Jira and product management tools
  • Support and maintenance of core systems, trade finance, and AML solutions
  • Management of digital experiences in e-commerce or online banking services
  • Focus on problem-solving, operational continuity, and user experience
