Job Description
We are looking for an IT Operations Manager, with experience in the financial sector, to join a project, on hybrid basis, in Lisbon.
Requirements:
- +5 years in IT operations, preferably in critical environments within the financial sector
- Experience in vendor coordination and contract management
- Knowledge of service management frameworks (ITIL preferred)
- Organization, prioritization, and monitoring of operational activities
- Ensuring continuity and efficiency in critical systems
