Job Description
We are looking for an IT Support Analyst for a project on a hybrid basis in Lisbon.
Requirements:
- +5 years of experience in level 1 and 2 support
- Experience in resolving incidents and managing RITMs
- Expertise in Service Now (required)
- Experience in ITIL V4 and managing IPCR processes
- Proficiency in English (required)
