Job Description
We are looking for an ITSM Consultant (EasyVista) for a project on a hybrid basis in Lisbon.
Requirements:
- +5 years’ experience in ITSM (IT Service Management) – essential
- Experience in automating and managing technical support, help desk and service desk processes
- +3 years’ experience in IT service management using the EasyVista platform (essential)
- Experience in configuring, administering and optimizing processes within EasyVista, ensuring that ITIL workflows are well implemented.
- Experience in ITIL
