Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst for a project on a hybrid basis in Lisbon.
Requirements:
- Degree in Management, Economics, Engineering or equivalent
- Experience of between 2 and 3 years as a Business Analyst, ideally in banking projects or digital channels
- Ability to analyse data, processes and systems, identifying improvements and opportunities for optimisation
- Good communication and interaction skills with different stakeholders
- Critical thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Interest in and openness to working with Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based tools
- Familiarity with onboarding/offboarding processes and logical access management is valued
- Proficiency in English
