Linux Support Technician

Job Description
We are looking for a Linux Support Technician (Junior) for a project on a remote basis.
Requirements:
- Technical knowledge of Linux systems (+1 year of experience)
- Experience in providing first-line technical support to users at the client’s various branches via telephone
- Experience in troubleshooting problems, incidents, and tickets
- Ability to manage multiple incidents simultaneously
- Availability to work shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
