Job Description
We are looking for a Network Service Manager for a project on a remote basis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or similar;
- At least 5 years’ experience in network service management or similar;
- Experience in Major Incident Management;
- Knowledge of LAN and WLAN infrastructures
- Experience with ITIL governance models and SIAM practices.
- Good knowledge of solutions and ecosystems from Cisco, Juniper, Microsoft, Zscaler, Broadcom, and major operators such as
- AT&T, Verizon, Deutsche Telekom;
- Fluent English;
- Certifications in: ITIL Foundation, Six Sigma, Project Mgmt Institute PMP or similar.This is a preferred requirement.
