Job Description
We are looking for an Operations Director (IT) for a hybrid project in Lisbon.
Requirements:
- Senior profile with a hands-on approach
- Ability to manage and/or support processes in the Global Products Corporate Functions department, in the areas of Finance, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Sourcing, and workforce development, in compliance with Group Standards and Product KPIs
- Experience in Governance: preparation and organization of meetings, presentations (decks), minutes, review, and distribution of processes
- Experience in Change and Transformation Management: support and monitoring of the implementation of the new Target Operating Model
- Ability to multitask, work under tight deadlines, and learn new tasks
- Fluency in English and French (eliminatory)
