Job Description
We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst for a project on a hybrid basis in Porto.
Requirements:
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud;
- Experience in CRM processes, automation tools, report and dashboard creation, data management, security model configuration, and user story development;
- Familiarity with integration concepts via Salesforce APIs;
- Experience with data migration tools;
- Fluent in English (minimum level: C1);
- Crucial certification: Salesforce Certified Administrator;
