Job Description
We are looking for a Scrum Master for a project on a hybrid basis in Porto.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in Scrum Master roles
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Solid experience with Jira and Azure DevOps
- Clear communication skills, conflict mediation, team coaching, and stakeholder alignment
- Fluent in English (minimum level: C1)
- Agile/Scrum certifications (valued)
