Senior GenAI Engineer

We are looking for a Senior GenAI Engineer for a project in Lisbon on a hybrid basis.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in developing solutions with LLMs, including GPT-4o, Gemini, Claude, or equivalents
• Proficiency in RAG architectures, orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph), and observability tools (LangFuse, Guardrails)
• Advanced experience in Azure Cloud (deployment, data pipelines, vector stores, Application Insights)
• Experience in Copilot Development: grounding configuration, RAG, integration with Microsoft 365 (Graph API, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook) and Power Platform
• Experience in external API integration and authentication (OAuth 2.0, Azure AD)
• Strong background in DevOps/MLOps, including multi-environment and advanced automation
• Technical leadership skills, team mentoring, and architectural vision
• Fluency in English
• Availability for hybrid work (3 days/week at the office in Lisbon)
