Job Description

We are looking for a Service Desk for an on-site project in Lisbon.

Requirements:

  • Degree and/or Master’s in Computer Engineering or similar
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a helpdesk or similar role
  • Experience in Office and Windows support
  • Experience with software and hardware troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of operating systems
  • Comfortable with troubleshooting end users via remote access
  • ITIL certification is valued
  • Ability to produce documentation and procedures for passing on knowledge to other teams
  • Experience creating documentation for new procedures
