Job Description

We are looking for a Service Desk Team Leader for a project on a hybrid basis in Lisbon.

Requirements:

  • +2 years of experience in leadership and team management
  • +7 years of experience in Service Desk
  • Experience in Problem Management
  • Experience with ITSM tools (essential)
  • Fluent English (essential)
  • Availability to work rotating shifts (24×7)
