Studio Service Designer

Job Description
We are looking for a Studio Service Designer for a project on a hybrid basis in Lisbon or Porto.
Requirements:
- +5 years of experience in Service Design/Strategic Design
- Experience in structuring end-to-end journeys (AS-IS/TO-BE)
- Experience in Service Blueprinting and Design Thinking applied to real-world contexts (not just academic)
- Proven experience in digital transformation and consulting projects
- Proficiency in Spanish (required)
